Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing execution drawings, monitoring contracts, and supporting the commercial department, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Develop formwork, shoring, and scaffolding designs with a focus on safety. 2. Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer teams. 3. Analyze construction site requirements and provide technical support for quotations. Responsibilities: Develop execution drawings for formwork, shoring, and scaffolding in compliance with technical safety standards. Monitor active contracts by analyzing the specific requirements of each construction site together with the client. Track construction materials and monitor equipment delivery or pickup deadlines to ensure material control and reuse. Support the commercial department with necessary surveys for quotations. Tasks: * Prepare quotations for formwork, shoring, and scaffolding; * Develop designs in accordance with safety standards; * Prepare calculation memoranda as required by the project; * Conduct technical analyses of requirements for each construction site/project together with the client; * Perform technical surveys to support the commercial department’s quotations; * Collaborate with the commercial department, engineering, production, and customers. Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding design; * Proficiency in reinforced concrete structural construction methods and industrial processes; * Experience in structural calculations and material strength; * Familiarity with 2D and 3D CAD software; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
