




Job Summary: Professional responsible for sizing and designing hydraulic systems, fire suppression systems, and modernization of storage facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Qualified to develop and sign hydraulic and sanitary installation project documents. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Network Sizing: Calculation of hydrant networks, sprinkler systems (where applicable), and foam systems. * Fire Technical Reserve (RTI): Sizing of water tanks and motor-pump sets. * Protection Systems: Specification of fire extinguishers, emergency signage, and integration with alarm systems. * Renovation of administrative and operational areas within storage facilities. * Water and Sewage Networks: Designing replacement of aging pipelines with modern materials in restrooms, pantries, and living areas. * Stormwater Drainage: Resizing gutters, downspouts, and yard drainage networks to prevent flooding and infiltration that could compromise grain quality (preventing leaks and moisture). * Accessibility: Adapting hydraulic installations in restrooms to comply with accessibility standards (NBR 9050\). ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Registration: Active and valid registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). * Technical Authorization: Legal qualification to develop and sign hydraulic and sanitary installation project documents (cold water, sewage, stormwater, and fire suppression). * Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in the field. * Expertise in Storage Facilities: Proven experience in renovation and modernization projects for large-scale industrial or agricultural structures, such as silos and bulk grain warehouses. * Industrial Hydraulic Projects: Experience in sizing drainage systems, rainwater harvesting systems on large roofs, and fire suppression systems specifically designed for environments with high combustible dust loads (grains). * Engineering Software: Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD or BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) for detailed execution project documentation. * Technical Standards: In-depth knowledge of applicable ABNT NBR standards (e.g., NBR 5626, NBR 8160, and NBR 10844\) and regulations issued by the Paraná State Fire Department. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** PJ
