Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan construction project management; Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward in Civil Engineering or Technology-related fields; * Technical training in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related areas; * Certifications in CCTV and Access Control systems; * Intermediate knowledge of networks; * NR10 and NR35 certifications; * Strong communication skills with internal and external clients; * Supervise work teams; assess personnel requirements for project execution; * Monitor construction schedules and team allocation daily; * Review daily logs of ongoing construction projects; * Provide technical guidance to the team; * Collaborate with the team to resolve issues encountered during field service; * Interact with clients to update them on project progress and clarify questions; * Prepare technical budgets for Security, Electrical, CCTV, and SCA systems; * Site Survey; * Generate weekly reports on ongoing construction projects, including on-site visits.
