**Job Description** **Join our Bosch Engineering team!**
We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and collaborative individual to serve as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. Here, you will have the opportunity to support operational excellence initiatives, directly contributing to continuous improvement and production process efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
* **Supporting continuous improvement initiatives:** Assist in applying the Bosch Production System (BPS) and Lean Manufacturing concepts within departmental routines.
* **Analyzing performance indicators:** Monitor production KPIs and provide insights to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* **Value stream mapping:** Help identify improvement opportunities through process analysis (VSM).
* **Participating in Kaizen events:** Support the organization and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
* **Process standardization:** Contribute to creating and updating work instructions and operational standards.
* **Lean training and culture:** Support activities promoting Lean culture within the department.
* **Productivity and digitalization projects:** Participate in initiatives enhancing process transparency and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program **(Bachelor's, Technologist, or Postgraduate degree) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Electronics, Manufacturing, Materials, Electrical, Production Engineering, or related fields.**
* **Availability to intern for up to 2 years in our opportunities, with graduation scheduled no earlier than July/2028\.**
* **Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office 365** (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
* **Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and AutoCAD is considered a plus**.
* Basic to intermediate English proficiency is mandatory **\-** advanced and fluent English is considered a plus. If proficient in other languages, please mention them.
* **Availability to intern on-site in Sorocaba-SP, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM**;
