Operational team management **Barueri – SP \| CLT Employment Contract** A company operating in the field of **electrical engineering and design** is seeking a professional to coordinate teams in industrial and civil construction projects. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise field teams engaged in electrical activities. * Monitor service execution in accordance with electrical designs and control diagrams. * Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and deadline standards. * Support activity planning and workforce organization at the construction site. **Requirements** * Technical education in **Electrotechnology** or related fields. * Experience in **industrial or civil construction projects**. * Knowledge of **reading and interpreting electrical designs and control diagrams**. * Familiarity with **NR\-10 and NR\-35 regulations**. * Leadership profile and ability to manage operational teams. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Remuneration and Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 3\.192,00 \+ 30% (R$ 4\.140,60\)** * Benefits: On\-site meal, Transportation Allowance, and Basic Food Basket.
