Experience with low- and medium-voltage systems and safety standards. **Job Objective** Supervise, plan, and execute maintenance activities **predominantly electrical**, ensuring safety, availability, and reliability of facilities, equipment, and systems. The professional will also be responsible for **coordinating and overseeing civil maintenance tasks performed by the team**, operating **hands-on (“hands-on”) whenever necessary**. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the maintenance team, primarily focusing on electrical activities and monitoring civil works demands; * Directly perform preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance, executing practical interventions whenever necessary; * Support and monitor execution of civil works (minor renovations, structural repairs, finishing works, adaptations), ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety; * Diagnose electrical failures, propose technical solutions, and perform repairs; * Plan and control electrical and civil maintenance schedules; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially NR\-10 and other applicable standards; * Monitor service providers and third parties, validating scope, execution, and technical compliance; * Control work orders, technical records, and maintenance history logs; * Ensure proper use of PPEs, tools, and equipment; * Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance and infrastructure processes; * Report KPIs, incidents, and needs to management. **Technical Requirements** * Technical qualification in **Electrotechnics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields**; * Proven experience in building and/or industrial electrical maintenance; * Hands-on experience with low- and medium-voltage systems; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Valid NR\-10 certification (NR\-12 is a plus); * Prior experience in leadership or supervision of maintenance teams; * Capability to interface technically with civil works activities. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * **Practical and operational profile**, with willingness to work on-site; * Leadership by example, with collaborative attitude; * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks; * Strong communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams; * Accountability, ownership mindset, and safety focus; * Flexibility to respond to emergency demands. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (electrical and civil); * Experience combining building and/or industrial maintenance; * Basic knowledge of hydraulics and civil works; * Experience with contracts and third-party management.
