Develop yourself in a global and innovative environment while working on projects that improve people’s health and well-being. We are seeking an intern to support our committees’ initiatives in Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being at Philips. **Your Role** * Support Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being committees. * Document meeting minutes and prepare quarterly activity reports. * Research market best practices and trends in the field of diversity, inclusion and well-being. * Maintain alignment with the Latin America Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being team. * Prepare presentations with data and metrics on Brazil-based initiatives. **You’re the right person if:** * You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Human Resources, Public Relations or related fields; * You expect to graduate starting June 2027; * You have basic English proficiency and basic Excel skills; * Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop and/or Video Editors and/or PowerPoint and/or experience organizing events and/or social initiatives is a plus; **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when we work together rather than separately. For our office-based team members, this means working onsite at least three days per week to collaborate and build connections with others. Onsite roles require employees to be present at company facilities at all times. For employees in field-based roles, their responsibilities are performed more effectively outside company facilities—typically at customer or supplier sites.
