We continuously pursue innovation and excellence in our communication and marketing strategies. **Your responsibilities:** * Capture footage (store, products, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, campaigns) * Edit videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, campaigns) * Create visual content focused on performance (sales and engagement) * Participate in ideation and scriptwriting * Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns **Requirements:** * Experience in video capture (camera or smartphone) * Proficiency in video editing (especially CapCut and/or other editing software) * Creative eye and refined aesthetic sense * Agility in delivery and organization * Proactive mindset (does not wait—suggests ideas) * Understanding of social media trends Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.997,00 \- R$2\.997,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance Work location: On-site
