The role requires strong collaboration with departments such as Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, Customer Service, Technology, Finance, and external partners, and involves conducting complex analyses, designing new processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. ***Day-to-Day Responsibilities:*** * Manage and monitor logistics partner performance, ensuring SLA compliance. * Lead logistics development projects from conception through implementation and stabilization. * Identify improvement opportunities in processes, operational flows, systems, and logistics models. Conduct economic and operational feasibility studies for new projects, initiatives, and expansions. Develop solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels. * Drive digital transformation across the logistics chain by supporting automation initiatives, system integration, and adoption of new technologies. Conduct logistics network analysis, operational capacity assessment, geographic coverage evaluation, and service model analysis. Lead implementation processes for new partners, operations, channels, or business units. * Develop KPIs, dashboards, and tools to support governance and decision-making. * Structure and track business cases, implementation plans, and project success metrics. Ensure alignment among internal departments and external partners during project execution. * Serve as a technical reference for topics related to logistics, transportation, distribution, and E-commerce operations. ***What Will Contribute to Your Success?*** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Proven experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or project development. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis. * Experience in project management and process improvement implementation. * Ability to develop strategic analyses and recommendations for leadership.
