Let’s realize your dreams with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **There’s a place for you in this purpose:** * Build advanced Data and Generative AI solutions, accelerating Cielo’s evolution toward a data-driven model—ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, and enabling new revenue streams. * Serve as a technical reference in the Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE), leading strategic initiatives, defining standards, frameworks, guidelines, and enterprise enablers. * Design and implement cloud architectures (AWS and Databricks), ensuring scalability, robustness, governance, and security of solutions. * Lead projects using GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangFlow, LangGraph, Strands, Agno), connecting models, data, and applications. * Structure data pipelines in Databricks using Spark, Delta Lake, Glue, and EMR, ensuring data quality and performance. * Contribute to MLOps—from model deployment and monitoring to automation of the full lifecycle. * Support product, technology, and business teams in the strategic use of AI, helping resolve complex technical challenges. * Work hands-on when necessary, performing integrations, componentization, and technical optimizations. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **What does the \#TimeCielo expect from you?** * Proficiency in data platforms and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially AWS and Databricks. * Experience with AI/GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Agno, and equivalents. * Strong software engineering foundation, distributed architecture, and system integration expertise. * Experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale data manipulation. * Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. * Solid understanding of statistical metrics and model performance validation. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Advanced English proficiency. * Highly autonomous profile, structured thinking, and ability to support senior specialists in resolving complex problems. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Why live infinite possibilities alongside us?** * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Annual Variable Compensation (PPR); * Meal and Food Allowance; * Commuter Bus/Voucher or Parking; * Hybrid Work Model; * Remote Work Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Home and Auto Insurance; * Family Funeral Assistance; * Private Pension Plan; * Specialist Support Channel (nutrition, psychology, gynecology, etc.); * Vaccination Campaign; * Access to various courses on our Educa platform; * Wellhub; * Healthy Pregnancy Program; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Daycare Allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Flexible Dress Code; * Flexible Working Hours; * Shortened Fridays; * Extended Lunch Break (1h30\).
