Remote | CLT | Long-term project Company: Avantti Tecnologia (Client) Employment model: CLT – 100% remote (no possibility of change) Duration: 12 months or more (may be extended) **About the opportunity** Avantti Tecnologia is looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to work on strategic projects involving a high level of technical complexity and direct business impact. You will join a collaborative, modern environment oriented toward sound software engineering practices, contributing to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Requirements: **Responsibilities:** Develop, enhance, and maintain back-end services and APIs Implement complex business rules and critical workflows Ensure application quality, performance, and scalability Define and evolve architectures (monoliths, microservices, and event-driven) Select technologies, frameworks, and design patterns Ensure adherence to best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD) Integrate internal and external systems (APIs, messaging, third-party services) Ensure reliability and fault tolerance in integrations Model and optimize relational and NoSQL databases Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks Implement authentication, authorization, and data security (LGPD) Monitor logs, metrics, and production incidents Write and maintain automated tests Conduct code reviews and ensure technical standards Participate in incident prevention and resolution Engage in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Work with cloud platforms, containers, and production environments Serve as a technical reference and mentor developers Collaborate with product, front-end, QA, and stakeholder teams Support technical planning and requirement refinement **Mandatory Requirements:** Advanced proficiency in at least one back-end language (Java, C#, Python, Node.js, or Go) Strong foundation in object-oriented and/or functional programming Experience with software architecture (monolithic, microservices, and event-driven) Knowledge of design patterns and principles such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, and DDD Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs Integration with external systems, messaging, and webhooks Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, etc.) Data modeling and query optimization Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) CI/CD and deployment automation Automated testing (unit, integration, contract) Logging, monitoring, and observability Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) API security and data protection (LGPD) **Nice-to-Have:** Proven experience as a mid-to-senior back-end developer Involvement in medium- and large-scale projects Experience with highly available and scalable systems Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) **Why Join Avantti?** Challenging projects with high impact A collaborative environment focused on technical excellence Opportunity to work with modern technologies A culture that values autonomy, continuous learning, and innovation
