Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES — INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR \- NURSING*** **are:** * Facilitate clinical case discussions; * Provide periodic updates to the Course Coordination regarding the internship teaching plan’s progress; * Evaluate students’ performance in practical activities and record attendance; * Guide students in performing their activities and understanding their rights and responsibilities; * Implement and ensure compliance with the internship teaching plan; * Proficiency in using technologies (institutional operating system); * Directly supervise practical activities performed by students; * Attend meetings convened by the Course Coordination; * Contribute to student development by serving as the bridge between education and professional practice (real-world experience); * Prepare activity reports according to the model and schedule provided by the Coordination; * Organize physical space for local activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;** * **Teaching experience in basic health network internships is desirable.** * **Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility;** * **Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject;** * **Flexible availability of working hours** * **A current Lattes CV is mandatory; this is one of the elimination criteria.** **Additional Information** We believe in the excellence of our education and therefore value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
