Flexible and collaborative environment **SUPPORT AND BACKEND ANALYST** **Job Description:** We are looking for a mid-level professional with a hybrid role spanning technical support and backend development. You will provide user support and actively participate in building and maintaining our web system infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Work in helpdesk, resolving second-level technical support tickets. - Develop, maintain, and enhance backend systems in Python and PHP. - Create and optimize MySQL queries and routines. - Collaborate with the IT team to integrate systems and automate processes. - Document procedures and create support manuals. - Participate in deployments, testing, and code versioning.
