Incident management with clear communication regarding affected services Description: Required Qualifications * Availability to work onsite in Osasco/SP; * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; * Solid experience in service and system monitoring; * Practical experience with Grafana and Zabbix tools. * Operation in critical environments, focusing on definitive incident resolution; * Perform monitoring via Grafana, Graylog, and Zabbix dashboards; * Document technical processes and propose continuous improvements; * Create and maintain automation scripts in Shell Script and Python; * Implement and support Java applications on JBoss, WebSphere Application Server, Apache/HTTP Server, and MobileFirst; * Execute deployments, analyze logs, perform troubleshooting, and monitor performance in production and testing environments; * Work on API Management and infrastructure for critical applications; * Identify and analyze deviations from normal application behavior, highlighting exceptional situations (e.g., increased execution time, abnormal errors), and issue technical reports; * Handle and analyze incidents in production environments, focusing on stability and performance; * Manage incidents, including crisis room coordination, screen sharing, explanation of identified failures, executive escalation, and clear communication of affected services. 2511150202461808900
