




Job Summary: Technically lead a .NET and Angular development team, define architectures, and ensure the quality and evolution of solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with diverse teams and strategic decision-making * Technically lead the .NET and Angular development team; * Define architectures and development standards to ensure scalability and performance; * Develop solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6\+ and Angular; * Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor less experienced developers; * Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other teams; * Monitor applications and drive continuous improvements; * Participate in strategic decisions and alignment with stakeholders; * Attend agile ceremonies (daily meetings, planning, review, and retrospective). Remote work, with possible hybrid arrangements; occasional on-site presence at the client's office may be required. Immediate start; Equipment pickup and onboarding on the first day of work at the client's office in Alphaville \- Barueri/SP. Candidate must reside in SP. Requirements: Solid experience in .NET development (C\#, .NET Core, ASP.NET); * Proficiency in the Angular framework and its ecosystem; * Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices; * Experience with SQL databases (Oracle); * Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience with CI/CD and automation of deployment processes; * Ability to analyze performance and optimize applications; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong communication skills and technical leadership ability. \*\*Nice-to-Haves:\*\* * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with DevOps and application security.
