Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Vila Leopoldina – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Investment Products Analyst, you will work within the Digital Products and Innovation Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Defining and prioritizing the backlog (user stories/epics) to maximize value for customers and the business while ensuring alignment with strategy. * Translating business and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, well-written user stories, and acceptance criteria/Definition of Ready (DoR)/Definition of Done (DoD). * Monitoring product performance/adoption metrics (e.g., usage, conversion, NPS, flow efficiency) and proposing continuous improvements. * Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to financial market standards in product design and delivery (traceability, evidence, governance). * Planning and communicating roadmaps/releases, supporting decisions with data and customer/market feedback. * Executing continuous validation and UAT (where applicable), ensuring delivery quality. * Leading demos and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure objective understanding of delivered scope. * Actively participating in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospective) and maintaining the team’s delivery cadence. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience as an Investment Product Owner or similar role * Proficiency with Jira (boards, sprints, features/stories), Confluence (documentation, templates, integration with Jira), Figma (prototypes and flows), Miro/Mural (workshops), Forms/Typeform (surveys), Dovetail (insights) * Experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in the financial sector It would be a plus if you have: * Advanced English proficiency **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * PLR or Bonus: Based on position eligibility* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services from partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: Health, well-being, and quality-of-life program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: Special conditions on various products and services * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave of 20 days * Maternity Leave of 180 days, with supportive assistance from pregnancy through postpartum
