Collaborate with cross-functional teams **SENIOR/EXPERT PRODUCT MANAGER (CYBERSECURITY)** **Your Mission:** We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our cybersecurity product development efforts. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product’s strategic vision, driving product planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of innovative, high-quality products that meet our customers’ needs. **Your Responsibilities:** * Define the product’s strategic vision aligned with the company’s business objectives; * Conduct market research to identify product opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competition; * Develop product strategy and roadmap, establishing clear priorities based on data and analysis; * Work closely with development, design, and other teams to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap; * Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from conception through launch—including launch planning and coordination of marketing and communication activities; * Conduct user research, usability testing, and metric analysis to gain insights into product performance and user experience; * Foster an environment of effective collaboration and communication across teams, promoting joint problem-solving and decision-making; * Monitor market and technology trends, anticipate changes, and adjust product strategy as needed; * Identify and manage risks, issues, and obstacles during product development, taking corrective action when necessary; * Monitor post-launch product performance, analyze metrics and customer feedback, and propose continuous improvements. **What You Need:** * Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior role; * Advanced English (weekly meetings with international vendors); * Experience using AI tools for prototyping (e.g., Lovable, n8n, etc.); * Demonstrated knowledge and experience in product discovery, with a successful track record in this role; * Proven history of developing and launching successful products in the market; * In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and product development practices; * Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions—even in low-to-mid-definition scenarios; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders; * Customer-centric mindset and understanding of market needs; * Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and product opportunity assessment; * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; * Academic background in Technology (Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields). **What We Offer:** ️ Meal & Food Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance Annual Variable Bonus Childcare Allowance Remote Work Allowance ️ Wellhub + Occupational Gym App ✨ Life Insurance Birthday Day Off Transportation Allowance or Parking Vaccination Campaign Telepsychology and Online Nutrition Services On-site Massage (for hybrid model) Holiday Extensions Access to Our Products Hungry?
