Join us and become part of a team that consistently leads with cutting-edge technology and constant innovation. **Your Daily Menu** ----------------------- * Update and maintain daily commercial performance reports, ensuring data quality and consistency. * Perform maintenance on SQL queries and adapt code to adjust reports and dashboards. * Collaborate closely with commercial management and coordination teams (especially in larger segments), understanding their needs and identifying operational bottlenecks. * Analyze commercial data to generate insights that enhance the sales team’s efficiency. * Create, adjust, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the commercial team’s goals. * Conduct exploratory and structured analyses to support decision-making. * Develop simple solutions for automating and optimizing analytical processes. * Ensure clear and concise communication of identified results and opportunities, tailoring the approach to internal audiences (e.g., commercial managers, specialists). **Ingredients We’re Looking For** ----------------------------- * Prior experience in data analysis within commercial, planning, or related contexts. * Proficiency in SQL (ability to write, adapt, and interpret queries). * Experience with Google Sheets or advanced Excel. * Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations. * Capacity to work autonomously, proactively, and with a strong sense of urgency. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for close collaboration with commercial teams. * Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis is considered a plus. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau). * Experience in dynamic, high-demand environments managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Proactivity: taking initiative without waiting for constant direction. * Agility and adaptability: making quick decisions and adjusting course when necessary (“fail fast”). * Interpersonal skills: ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles and departments—especially commercial teams. * Analytical thinking: critical perspective on data and focus on generating actionable insights. * Resilience: maintaining performance amid high demand and constantly shifting priorities. **About Us** ------------- At iFood, we believe diversity drives \#Innovation and delivers \#OutstandingResults.
