Take charge of your direction, take charge of your development, and take charge of your path. **What you will do** Reporting to the LATAM Business Services Manager, the professional will be responsible for coordinating the digital product portfolio—including internal corporate systems and agribusiness-focused platforms—defining priorities, roadmap, and backlog based on business value and technical feasibility. Acting as a Product Manager, they will translate business and user needs into functional requirements, leading digital initiatives from ideation through delivery and continuous product evolution. They will conduct customer and rural operation visits when necessary, ensuring a consistent, value-driven user experience. They will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, monitor performance metrics, manage vendors and partners, identify opportunities for innovation, automation, data, and AI, and ensure governance, documentation, and strategic alignment of digital products. **Who we are looking for** We seek a responsible individual ready to take center stage in this role—a highly energetic, enthusiastic person eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded peers.
