Only education transforms! **As a Senior Data Scientist, your challenges will include:** * Analyzing large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities using **statistical, psychometric, and Machine Learning methods**; * Developing and implementing strategies for **data collection, processing, and handling automation**; * Building and maintaining **interactive dashboards and visualizations**, facilitating monitoring of strategic indicators; * Evaluating educational and administrative processes, proposing data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and performance; * Collaborating with academic and administrative teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions; * Applying **Natural Language Processing (NLP)** techniques and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for analyzing unstructured textual data; * Measuring the impact of institutional programs and initiatives, supporting continuous evidence-based improvement cycles. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering**, or related fields; * Experience with **Python**, **R**, or **SQL**; * Hands-on experience building dashboards (**Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools**); * Experience with version control tools (**GitHub, Bitbucket, or DevOps environments**); * Availability for 100% in-person work. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in a relevant field; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience with **Databricks** or **Posit Teams**; * Knowledge of psychometrics, especially **Item Response Theory (IRT)**; * Applied experience in **NLP and LLMs**.
