Our central objective is to consolidate and lead customer relationship management across the Bradesco Organization, particularly through active outreach practices—executing commercial actions for product offerings and relationship management focused on loyalty and engagement—ensuring a corporate-wide, customer-centric approach. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will join the Orchestration and Publishing Management team, with the following key responsibilities: * Collaborate within CRM squads, understanding business challenges and transforming commercial strategies into operational executions. * Refine business requirements based on commercial briefings, leveraging analytical data to define and deliver segmented audiences. * Build, automate, and maintain customer segmentation using analytical platforms such as Databricks, Teradata, and Data Cloud. * Design, configure, and orchestrate multichannel communication journeys, building and automating campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization. * Interact daily with campaign strategists, measurement analysts, data engineers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment on segmentation, journeys, and deadlines. * Adjust segmentation and journeys to maximize commercial effectiveness—increasing performance and efficiency while reducing rework and lead time. * Diagnose orchestration failures, query performance issues, and data inconsistencies, performing root cause analysis. * Translate commercial needs into executable requirements—including segmentation logic, publishing rules, and journey triggers—proposing feasible solutions aligned with platform capabilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related fields. * Experience in CRM, data, or campaign environments, operating commercial actions. * Advanced SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with Databricks. * Knowledge of Salesforce and its functionalities, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Experience building segmentation, queries, and data extractions for campaigns. * Experience working in agile environments and using tools such as Jira, GitHub, and/or Confluence. * Analytical ability to investigate data issues, query performance problems, and database inconsistencies. * Technical English for reading and understanding documentation and research. **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * Profit Sharing (PLR) or Bonus: Based on position eligibility* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services from partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: Health, Well-being, and Quality of Life Program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: Special conditions across various products and services * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave: 20 days * Maternity Leave: 180 days, including pregnancy support through postpartum
