Work Model: Hybrid – 1 day onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Business Intelligence II professional, you will work within the Data Intelligence Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from the People, Culture, and Performance team to generate strategic insights supporting leadership; * Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data quality and consistency; * Developing complex SQL queries for manipulation and integration of large volumes of data; * Translating business requirements into analytical solutions supporting decisions on engagement, performance, turnover, and organizational climate; * Conducting statistical and exploratory analyses to identify relevant patterns and trends; * Supporting diversity, culture, and employee experience initiatives based on evidence derived from data; * Participating in interdepartmental meetings, contributing data-driven recommendations across various HR areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience working with SQL environments, including proficiency in writing complex queries and handling large volumes of data; * Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI—including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling; * Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions; * Knowledge of basic statistics and exploratory data analysis.
