Headquartered in Barueri (SP), the company offers services such as digital accounts, condominium revenue guarantees, and advance payments from delinquent accounts, enabling more efficient and hassle-free condominium management. ​ Position Description: Collections Assistant *Responsibilities:* Provide clear and courteous customer service via WhatsApp and telephone. Issue duplicate payment slips upon request. Assist in organizing and executing the collections workflow. *Requirements:* Completed high school education (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in active and/or passive collections (extrajudicial/administrative) Experience handling collections with delays exceeding 360 days Experience collecting banking products *Position Details:* Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (44 hours per week.)
