Manage schedules, routes, trips, and vehicle availability. Monitor fleet performance (kilometers traveled, diesel consumption, maintenance, deviations, incidents, and averages). Ensure adherence to deadlines, safety standards, and transportation legislation. Track KPIs and propose operational improvements. Lead teams of drivers, maintenance staff, traffic personnel, and fleet staff. Control operational costs and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with maintenance, risk, and commercial departments to ensure efficiency.
