Join the Salon Line Team!!! **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a Fiscal Coordinator with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience to ensure tax compliance and drive continuous improvement of fiscal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate fiscal routines, ensuring accurate tax calculations and fulfillment of ancillary obligations Lead, guide, and develop the fiscal team Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on operations Support audits and tax inspections Ensure correct application of tax legislation across all operations (purchases, sales, internal transfers, and interstate transactions) Manage ICMS\-ST operations, tax rate differentials, and tax incentives Propose improvements to fiscal processes to strengthen tax compliance Perform critical analysis and data-driven decision-making. **It would delight us if you have:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Postgraduate degree or MBA in taxation (preferred) Advanced Excel skills ERP TOTVS Protheus experience (preferred) Solid knowledge of tax legislation Tax calculation and ancillary obligation reporting Substantial experience in fiscal roles Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industries (preferred) Proven experience leading teams. **We offer to welcome you aboard:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Cost-of-living allowance Pharmacy benefit plan Amil Health Insurance with co-payment Life insurance.
