Identify and question any discrepancies; • Record cash differences, compensation and control of differences in accounts of Local Administrative Assistants; • Record custodies related to collections made at CDAs – reconciling values and identifying/questioning any discrepancies; • Perform compensation for all return notes generated on D-1, ensuring no customer remains without proper compensation; • Create a database of customers who make payments above 30 thousand in cash within the month and report it to the Tax team; • Initiate Workflow for recording discrepancies and cash rounding adjustments, performing compensations within the current month; • Request stubs (sampling) from all locations to verify they have been properly signed by customers and filed by Local Administrative Assistants; • Send databases of vouchers issued to drivers (employees) for validation by Local Administrative Assistants. Monitor the process flow until invoices are paid; • Perform monthly Runbook reconciliation to match balances of transit accounts and justify possible discrepancies, defining actions to be taken; • Perform value reclassification process, opening requests to the accounting team; gather documentation for financial verification and support audits (External/Internal); • Execute financial tests, perform configurations, propose systemic and procedural improvements; • Prepare reports for internal and external clients according to performed activities; • Attend to internal and external clients aiming to resolve potential issues regarding the Local Finance area; • Send reimbursement amounts to employees (drivers) related to over-deposits in smart safes; • Conduct tests and monitor implementation of new tools in the area; • Reports, reconciliations and controls, such as voucher control, counter sales, outstanding cash sales beyond 24-hour period, etc; • Keep work instructions for executed activities updated; **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience and qualifications: Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
