




We are seeking a Training and Development Analyst to strengthen our internal training programs, support employees’ learning journeys, and contribute to the development of the organization’s key competencies. Therefore, open positions are also available for People with Disabilities (PWD). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA); * Plan, organize, and deliver in-person and online training; * Develop instructional materials and multimedia content (e-learning, presentations, manuals); * Manage the annual training calendar; * Monitor post-training performance, metrics, and feedback; * Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS), where applicable; * Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives; * Facilitate onboarding, leadership, and competency development programs; * Track certifications, records, and Training & Development (T&D) reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in Training & Development (T&D); * Strong communication and group facilitation skills; * Knowledge of learning methodologies and facilitation tools; * Experience with e-learning, gamification, and training platforms is desirable.
