




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical professional to work on continuous improvement, conducting diagnostics, mapping, and structuring of HR processes, as well as proposing optimizations and standardization of routines. Support standardization and organization of departmental routines We are looking for an organized, analytical, and critically minded professional focused on continuous improvement! **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct diagnostics and flowchart mapping of internal HR processes; * Structure and describe processes in detail; * Develop, formalize, and disseminate procedures; * Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimizations; * Support standardization and organization of departmental routines. **Requirements:** * Experience in process mapping and improvement; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of flowcharts and procedure standardization; * Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Prior experience in HR is desirable.
