Job Summary: The professional will conduct laboratory tests, provide technical support for adhesive and sealant projects, and define testing methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Support in portfolio expansion and competitive analysis **We count on you to** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct mechanical and physicochemical laboratory tests to validate product performance and application. * Provide technical support for projects in the adhesives and sealants segment. * Prepare technical briefings in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring alignment between market needs and development. * Conduct regulatory studies, identifying what is already standardized and what requires internal standardization. * Define required tests, protocols, and methodologies to meet standards, internal requirements, and customer expectations. * Develop and implement testing methodologies, ensuring standardization and reproducibility. * Lead material qualification processes, evaluating suppliers, raw materials, and technical alternatives. * Perform product validation from prototype to final product, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. * Support portfolio expansion, contributing to new product launches and revenue growth. * Conduct comparative competitive analyses to identify improvement opportunities and differentiation. * Support audits to comply with SGI routines. **Is this role right for you?** Education: * Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge: * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) * SAP and systems for SDS creation * Intermediate English (to support the team in communication with Chinese suppliers) Requirements: * Easy mobility/access to Embu das Artes (on-site Monday to Thursday, remote Friday) * Experience with adhesives and sealants Job Reference: BRA01495
