Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Responsible for supporting Quality Analysts in monitoring and controlling routine Process pillar activities to meet Food Quality and Safety requirements during production. **Your Impact** Comply with the established SASS Policy; Ensure compliance with the Food Quality and Safety Policy; Ensure compliance with Food Quality and Safety requirements for finished products by monitoring process controls and, in cases of Non-Conformance, support appropriate product holds and deviation handling. Minimize the negative impact of held products across the supply chain through prompt handling and disposition of held products; Assist Quality Analysts in tracking performance of key Process KPIs for the year by compiling weekly and monthly results and monitoring action plans. Be responsible for investigating and responding to Consumer Complaints. Conduct consumer complaint investigations jointly with operations, correlating findings with quality and food safety tools and action plans; Deliver training to operations on all key quality tools, including analyses; Audit production lines for adherence to procedures and Quality and internal Food Safety audit parameters. Coordinate periodic meetings to discuss and develop action plans for sensory deviations. Support all quality-related activities/actions for innovations (e.g., new product launches, promotions, etc.); Support development of Quality/Food Safety procedures; Support initiatives to strengthen the GMP culture at the plant, as well as support Quality Guardians. Verify frequencies, methods, and products used in routine cleaning across production areas; Conduct onboarding for new employees and refresher training when required; Support and monitor line cleaning routines, performing inspections and analyses as needed, and completing the post-cleaning line release checklist; Conduct/participate in sensory, physicochemical, etc., analyses for finished product release. Back up the Process Quality Analyst role. Qualifications: **Who We’re Looking For?** Education/Course: Completed technical or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Quality, or similar). Active CRQ registration. Training: Food Quality and Safety Policy, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Allergens, HACCP, Biosafety, FSSC 22000, Integrated Pest Management, UHT or Food Microbiological Practices. Desired Experience: in the food industry. Skills: Results orientation, oral and written communication, dynamism, time management, interpersonal relationships, organization, critical thinking, commitment, sense of urgency, and decision-making ability. Behavioral Competencies: Agility and communication. Functional Competencies: Analytical mindset, agility, and dynamism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
