Commitment to quality and proactivity **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform laboratory analyses and tests according to the established plan; * Verify the usage conditions of tools and instruments; * Analyze process control reports; * Check product specifications against defined standards; * Conduct performance tests in accordance with technical standards and the laboratory's responsibility matrix; * Support Quality Management audits; * Coordinate third-party inspection agencies; * Validate quality reports for raw materials; * Complete quality control forms according to product specifications; * Perform preventive tests in the extrusion process in accordance with specific standards for each production line; * Segregate materials that do not meet required standards; * Support new product development; * Inspect finished materials.
