Description

Position: Senior Planning Analyst Work Location: Sorocaba/SP Work Model: On-site Key Responsibilities: * Analyze MRP data to identify replenishment needs and align production with demand. * Create dashboards and KPIs in Excel to support decision-making. * Monitor inventory and consumption based on historical data and sales forecasts. * Plan raw materials and production inputs using demand, inventory, and capacity data. * Knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules (Purchase Order generation, Production Orders). * Support the development of the Master Production Schedule through integrated analyses. * Track internal, external, and subcontracted production data. * Familiarity with triangulation processes is a plus. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor the company’s strategic and operational plans. * Conduct performance analyses and propose process improvements. * Develop management reports and dashboards to support decision-making. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Support budget definition and financial forecasting. * Participate in strategic meetings and provide data-driven insights. * Identify risks and opportunities in projects and operations. Technical Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in planning. * Experience with data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau). * Familiarity with project management methodologies. * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
