Job Summary: Temporary Junior Quality Analyst position for microbiology laboratory management, performing analyses and controlling processes in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Support during audits and good laboratory practices **Position: Junior Quality Analyst (Temporary)** **Salary:** R$ 3\.855,01 **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$ 410.00 \+ Transportation allowance (3% deduction) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Start Date:** * Immediate **Main Responsibilities:** * Microbiology laboratory management and performance of analyses; * Microbiological analyses of finished products and raw materials; * Environmental and hygiene monitoring (hand and uniform swabbing); * Preparation of culture media and materials for analyses; * Sterilization and asepsis control in the laboratory; * Development and review of procedures and documents; * Internal training related to microbiology; * Product release in the system and non-conformance management; * Support during audits and good laboratory practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the food industry; * Computer literacy; * Intermediate English proficiency and knowledge of the **FSSC 22000** standard are preferred.
