Join Zaraplast! :) **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and support the management of outsourced security and cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to routines, attendance, shift schedules, and service quality. * Assist in controlling access for employees, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles, following internal procedures. * Support physical asset monitoring by recording incidents, identifying anomalies, and reporting deviations to the responsible area manager. * Manage documents and records of the department (ID badges, authorizations, reports, and spreadsheets). * Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures by all personnel, including outsourced staff. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Prior experience in administrative roles is considered an advantage. * Ability to interact effectively with third parties (security, cleaning, suppliers). * Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain records (spreadsheets, reports, access logs). * Must reside in Cabreúva, Jundiaí, or Itupeva. * Availability to work standard business hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
