




Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, pre-preparing, and cooking food on the grill, ensuring quality, standardization, and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and Pre\-Preparation** * Performs **mise en place**: separates, portions, and organizes all ingredients before service begins. * Checks the **quality and expiration dates** of ingredients (meats, vegetables, breads, sauces, etc.). * Keeps the grill station **clean, well\-stocked, and safe**. **2\. Cooking and Plating of Dishes** * Prepares and grills meats, hamburgers, poultry, fish, vegetables, and side dishes according to house standards. * Controls **time, temperature, and doneness** of each item to ensure consistency. * Applies appropriate techniques for searing, grilling, melting cheese, toasting bread, and assembling sandwiches or hot dishes. * Pays close attention to technical sheets to ensure **standardization**.
