Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and sanitation while maintaining kitchen organization and adhering to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards * Assist in food preparation according to instructions from the cook or chef. * Perform sanitation, cutting, and organization of ingredients. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. * Support dish plating and finalization when necessary. * Monitor proper storage of food and supplies. * Assist in restocking products and monitoring food expiration dates. * Follow hygiene, food safety, and company internal procedures.
