Assist in inventory control and restocking The pizzeria is looking for a Kitchen Assistant in Sorocaba. **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient preparation, such as cutting, sorting, and organizing fillings, sauces, and dough. Support pizza and portion assembly according to kitchen team instructions. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces used in food preparation. Properly organize and store food items, checking expiration dates and storage conditions. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. Assist in controlling and restocking supplies used in production. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Cook's Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
