




Job Summary: Supervises food production execution, monitors quality, guides kitchen staff, and manages food preparation and cooking, with a focus on organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Execute and/or ensure all quality monitoring activities are carried out. Monitor kitchen activities, guiding and correcting staff during task execution. Perform and/or guide pre-preparation and preparation tasks across all areas, including butchery. Perform cooking tasks for all designated preparations, including dietary kitchen items. Decorate preparations to ensure high-quality final product presentation. Organize production and all related areas, assigning tasks to the team. Continuously train and raise awareness among staff regarding safety, organization, cleanliness, and equipment, facility, and food maintenance. Ensure positive interpersonal relationships among staff and manage disagreements. Conduct trials of new products. Control waste. Raise staff awareness about conserving natural resources. Monitor daily costs with the responsible person and propose improvement measures such as portion standardization. Request necessary food supplies. Ensure adherence to service and delivery schedules. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, as well as proper storage and management of tools, instruments, and equipment.
