Culture of continuous professional development and growth. **What We’re Looking For:** =================== Senior Data Analyst | Hybrid Work – 2 days per week at Vila Olímpia /SP. 131550 A professional with experience in data engineering and analysis, responsible for developing and evolving data pipelines while ensuring data quality and reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience in data engineering or development; * Proficiency in SQL; * Experience with Python for data manipulation and processing; * Experience with ETL/ELT processes; * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar); * Familiarity with version control using Git; * Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT); * Perform data ingestion, transformation, and processing; * Work with relational and non-relational databases; * Support data modeling for analytical consumption; * Monitor and optimize data loading processes; * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability; * Collaborate with BI, Analytics, and Engineering teams; * Document data processes and workflows. **Desirable:** ============== * Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Data Factory, or similar); * Knowledge of Spark or distributed processing; * Experience with Data Lake or Data Warehouse; * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Experience with Agile methodologies. **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues excellence in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
