Work Location: Alphaville \- Barueri/SP **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your typical day will include:** * Biweekly analysis of employees missing for implementation of transportation voucher suspension; * Weekly analysis of supplementary transportation voucher requests, approving or rejecting them; * Biweekly analysis of Kronos schedules and requesting adjustments from the payroll BPO supplier’s team; * Monthly analysis of correct routing for each new hire within the month; * Monthly analysis of newly hired employees to validate banking inconsistencies; * Biweekly analysis of newly hired employees to determine inclusion or exclusion in the next biweekly request; * Biweekly analysis of transportation voucher requests above average, purchases \= or greater than R$400.00, and requesting adjustments; * Responsible for communication via e\-mail and other platforms defined by AD with all restaurants to inform them about issues, credited orders, inconsistencies, and tracking feedback, etc.; * Monthly responsibility for achieving the annual saving program target; * Monthly responsibility for validating the transportation voucher reconciliation performed by the payroll BPO supplier; * Responsible for requesting emergency payments for any reason presented; * Responsible for validating amounts received from the supplier as letters of credit generated to report destination accounts to the Accounting department; * Responsible for responding to all tickets and tracking them via the system defined by AD; * Responsible for tracking all tickets from the transportation voucher procurement supplier; * Responsible for developing and approving annual schedules for all transportation voucher processes versus suppliers; * Responsible for validating the updated code table in the BPO system; * Responsible for developing and analyzing all transportation voucher indicators and KPIs; * Responsible for validating amounts received from the supplier as letters of credit generated to report destination accounts to the Accounting department; * Responsible for drafting communications regarding processes and/or changes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Ingredients:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of benefits (bases, contracts, and payments); * Advanced Excel (mandatory); * Spanish (desirable). **We’d absolutely love it if you:** * Communicate clearly and concisely; * Are proactive and take initiative; * Are committed, organized, and detail\-oriented. **Additional Information** **Benefits that make everything even more enjoyable:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Parking; * Shuttle Service; * Home Office Allowance; * Day Off; * Wellhub; * Hybrid Work Model. **Ready for an experience as unforgettable as a Big Mac?
