Customs compliance analysis **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the **entire import process** (negotiations, purchase orders, international logistics, and customs clearance). * Coordinate with **external suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders**. * Issue, verify, and control **international documents** (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates). * Monitor **Incoterms**, freight costs, exchange rates, and special import regimes. * Update and control data in the ERP/Trade Compliance system. * Prepare **managerial reports on import performance and KPIs**. * Support internal audits and customs compliance. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields Minimum **2 years of experience in import / international trade** **Fluent English for written and verbal communication**, especially with international suppliers Practical knowledge of **customs legislation, NCM, and Incoterms** Advanced Excel Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
