Opportunities for growth and an international career **What We Are Looking For:** A Mid/Senior-level professional experienced in **(Functional Analysis).** **Responsibilities:** * Functional Analyst profile supporting B2B and B2C initiatives. * Strong expertise in digital transformation, requirements analysis, and engineering. * Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and validating functional and non-functional requirements; conducting stakeholder interviews; modeling and mapping AS IS / TO BE processes; preparing technical and functional documentation; and supporting Product Owners in backlog definition and prioritization. Consistent involvement in agile environments (Scrum), including participation in and facilitation of ceremonies, creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, and monitoring development, testing, and UAT. **Requirements:** * Experience working with public sector entities and large enterprises, especially in projects related to education, insurance, and government. * Proficiency in tools such as Bizagi, Jira, Azure DevOps, Oracle/PLSQL, SQL, MySQL, and knowledge of APIs and data modeling. * MBA in Agile Expert, certifications in Product Owner and microservices, and professional fluency in English and Spanish; * Requirements engineering and analysis; digital transformation and automation **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a person who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in handling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
