So, come join us and get aluminized! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform monthly and quarterly financial closing; * Analyze variances in balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Execute manual journal entries and accruals; * Perform account reconciliations; * Collaborate with and support other departments across the company; * Assist in audit and consulting engagements; * Develop and monitor controls and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify process failures and implement corrective actions; * Implement analytical tools and automation solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; * Experience in controller functions, financial closing, Balance Sheet and Income Statement analysis; * Experience with SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI) module; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong communication skills, dynamism, and analytical capability. **PREFERRED:** * Knowledge of Power BI; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real — that’s why we support our employees at every stage of their lives!
