**Job Opening: Residential Building Custodian – Residential Condominium** **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Requirements:** * Proven work experience in the employment record book (CTPS) for this position; * Experience in building maintenance and custodial services in condominiums; * Knowledge of regulations **NR 10** and **NR 35**; * Completed high school education; * Ability to identify and resolve structural issues; * Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain condominium facilities clean, organized, and fully operational; * Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations; * Monitor and supervise third-party service providers; * Respond to resident requests and needs; * Record performed maintenance tasks and inspections. **Mandatory Training Courses:** * Building Custodial Services * NR 10 * NR 35 **Behavioral Profile:** * Emotional stability to handle unexpected situations and interact with the public; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Organizational skills; * Ability to learn quickly; * Strong interpersonal communication skills. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (paid in cash) * Meal voucher: BRL 24.80/day * Food allowance: BRL 174.10/month * Dental care plan * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program * 13th-month salary * Vacation bonus **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Work Schedule:** Full-time (8 hours/day) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary:** BRL 2,144.33 + 20% functional role allowance Payment: BRL 2,144.33 per month Benefits: * Dental care plan * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
