Positions will be distributed across three shifts: **morning, afternoon, and night**. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a **Guillotine Operator**. Responsible for performing precise cuts on printed graphic materials, following production order specifications. Operates, adjusts, and performs basic maintenance on the guillotine, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety during finishing stages. Key responsibilities include: \> Prepare materials for cutting, verifying measurements, quantities, and paper types according to the production schedule. \> Operate the guillotine, adjusting blades, stops, and sensors to execute exact cuts. \> Perform final cutting of printed materials, ensuring alignment and finishing according to established standards. \> Visually inspect cut results, identifying defects and making corrections when necessary. \> Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring equipment cleanliness and preservation. \> Perform basic maintenance (e.g., blade replacement, lubrication, simple adjustments). \> Comply with occupational safety regulations (especially NR-12) and use personal protective equipment. \> Report any process irregularities or machine malfunctions to immediate supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (preferred); * Guillotine Operator training course (preferred); * Proven experience as a Guillotine Operator; * Ability to interpret production orders; * Attention to detail and precision in task execution; * Organizational skills and care in handling materials. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance + attendance bonus; * Transportation allowance + shuttle service; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance.
