Building Maintenance Assistant

Description

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, machines, and equipment. Carry out electrical and hydraulic maintenance, including replacing, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Perform carpentry and joinery maintenance, repairing furniture, replacing and adjusting doors and windows, replacing parts, and repairing floors and flooring. * Manage and maintain the inventory and maintenance equipment stored in the warehouse. Follow safety rules and procedures. Conduct periodic inspections and cleaning of gutters, roofs, grates, drains, and embankments. Assemble and disassemble event structures (structural and electrical). Assist in the execution of building construction and renovation projects. * Technical education or experience in building maintenance. Knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, and civil areas. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to building maintenance work. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Certification in NR35 (Work at Heights), NR10 (Electrical Safety in Installations and Services), and knowledge of electric welding are desirable. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM.
