Vendor and internal department assistance **Job Description** Support administrative contract management by monitoring validity periods and deadlines, organizing contractual documents, and assisting with renewal, amendment, and termination processes. Responsible for entering and updating information in internal systems, verifying invoices, assisting vendors and internal departments, and ensuring compliance with legal, administrative, and internal procedural requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Contract and administrative document control and organization; * Monitoring of deadlines, validity periods, and contract renewals; * Support in drafting addendum terms and reports; * Invoice verification and support for departmental routines; * Vendor and internal department assistance; * Updating spreadsheets and control systems. **Requirements** * Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheet creation and management, formula usage, filters, data organization, and reporting). **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance (Amil) * Study Grant * TotalPass * SESC Partnership Minimum Education: High School Diploma
