**Job Description:**
* Bookkeeping and reconciliations: Record financial transactions;
* Assist in preparing trial balances and financial statements;
* Assist in accounting ledger entries for financial movements;
* Reconciliation and verification of tax documents;
* Support payroll integration;
* Assist in preparing and submitting ancillary tax obligations (DCTFWEB, DEFIS);
* Basic reconciliation of accounting accounts;
* Execute and control accounting spreadsheets and reports;
* Organize company accounting documentation;
* Contact clients to clarify doubts and collect information and documents.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or technical degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or currently pursuing);
* Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel (Excel functions: SUM, SUBTRACTION, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF);
* Basic knowledge of accounting ledger entries and account reconciliation;
* Prior experience with ancillary tax obligations DEFIS and DCTFWEB is desirable;
* Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Domínio) is a plus.
