With the demand for new businesses, the company has become increasingly professionalized and specialized in different areas of operation, evolving into a Shared Services Center that brings together various specialties to ensure increased productivity, cost reduction, agility, service quality, and consistent standards in serving both internal and external clients, while providing support for business growth. **Position details:** Manage maintenance, front desk and security services; building cleaning, renovation and expansion projects, administering contracts and negotiating products and services. Define maintenance schedules, plan budgets, and work closely with the procurement department. Identify and manage suppliers (services and materials). Oversee service providers to ensure all facilities, maintenance tasks, and licenses (Habite-se, Operating License, AVCB) are up to date, using specific software to track ongoing and completed maintenance activities, as well as issuing Service Orders to contractors, third parties, and internal teams. Provide support to tenants, conduct property handover/return inspections for rentals, manage utility expenses (water, electricity, etc.), and control the condominium's cash flow. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering; Experience in building management, maintenance, and contract and third-party management; Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel for controls and reports.
