Description: * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Civil Construction field is preferred. * EDUCATION: Completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * CERTIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is desirable. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the hiring of designers by requesting and standardizing commercial proposals. * Monitor hiring processes and financial control of costs. * Monitor and develop project schedules across all phases—from Pre-Construction through to Construction Release—per the Manager’s guidance. * Supervise and guide the team on technical and planning matters. * Manage information flow among all project stakeholders. * Prompt respective responsible parties to make timely decisions to ensure process efficiency. * Critically coordinate and analyze all disciplines involved in a project (architecture, electrical and hydraulic installations, HVAC, structural engineering, façades, landscaping, fenestration, security, waterproofing, foundations), verifying contracted scopes, compliance with the construction company’s guidelines, overlaying drawings, identifying interferences, and proposing solutions. * Analyze artistic renderings, scale models, brochures, contract floor plans, floor plan options, owner and syndicate memoranda and manuals. * Strive to balance the needs and expectations of the development and engineering departments, integrating financial considerations, quality, deadlines, and compliance with current performance standards. * Analyze and address requirements from public agencies for legal approvals; seek information to feed back into future projects through site visits, aiming to reduce incompatibilities during construction execution, always respecting the company’s strategic focus. * Support other departments on matters related to projects, taking necessary actions case-by-case per instructions from superiors. * Monitor and support construction sites on project-related matters; coordinate at least four projects simultaneously. * Monitor and support the project feedback process, updating the company’s construction procedures. * Critically analyze projects upon receipt of new works for the construction company’s budgeting or during the development of new products. 2511280202191636278
